Should I create an Adobe ID before downloading my ebook?
Yes! Creating an Adobe ID allows you to open your ebook on many devices. If you download your ebook before creating an Adobe ID, your ebook will remain fixed on that device without the ability to open the ebook on other devices. You can create an Adobe ID here.

Can I return an ebook?
Once downloaded, an ebook is not returnable. However, if you do not download the ebook the initial hold will be released from your credit card and you will not be charged.

Are your ebooks protected?
Yes! All of our ebooks are protected using Digital Rights Management.

Can I use your ebooks on my library or university platform?
No. We sell eBooks through our website for individual use only. If you wish to purchase books for use on an academic or public library multi-use platform, you must purchase through a library supplier. Please review our list of ebook partners here.
