HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST (L-26-18)

We are seeking a human resources professional serious about providing exemplary service and support to our customer base. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas; recruiting and selection, compensation, benefits administration, records management, employee relations policy implementation and employment law compliance. In particular you can expect to:
  • Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position identifying effective sources. Ensuring compliance with all federal, state and local, and corporate employment requirements.
  • Administer employee benefit plans including, but not limited to: new hire enrollments and qualified events, answer routine benefits questions for employees and assist in resolving claim or eligibility issues.
  • Administer various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel and assist in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures
  • Maintain Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database.

In addition to the above candidates will have:
  • A minimum three (3) years' of Generalist experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Multi location and multi state experience preferred
  • Attention to detail, responds well to direction, and asks questions to improve performance
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite required, experience with ADP strongly preferred

As we are a multi-state operation we have the choice of placing this position in either our offices in Lanham, Md. or Blue Ridge Summit, Pa. Location will be determined by selection of best available candidate.
