ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT - ROYALTY ADMINISTRATOR 1 (B-86-18)
Rowman & Littlefield Publishing is hiring a full-time administrative support position for our Author Royalties Department. This is an entry-level position that will offer the right candidate the opportunity to learn various office environment tasks.

Primary Job Functions:
  • Maintain accurate author contact information in royalties system
  • Scan copies of contracts into digital archives
  • Assist in preparing payment excel documents for uploading into Accounts Payable system
  • Prepare author statements for mailing
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving department related procedures
  • Always maintain professional and courteous verbal & written communications
  • Assist other departments as needed
  • Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support department & company goals
Required Skills:
  • High school diploma
  • Basic Computer Knowledge a must, Fluent in Internet Explorer, Microsoft office products & general computer competencies
  • Basic knowledge of Excel preferred
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Eager to learn!
