Administrative Clerk (B-73-18) | Rowman & Littlefield
Rowman & Littlefield Publishing is seeking an Administrative Clerk to coordinate and perform all office activities at the Blue Ridge Summit, PA location.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Building designated order runs
  • Printing carton labels
  • Performing manual release of backorders in Bookmaster
  • Maintaining and programming of RF equipment both handheld and equipment mounted
  • Printing of location, zone, device labels using Label View Software as needed
  • Running of daily back office Bookmaster reports
  • Maintaining MS Excel back office reports
  • Handling of Safety videos for new hires
  • Monitoring and managing all Forklift Equipment Checklists
  • Data entry

  • Six months to one year related experience and/or training
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively to other colleagues in the company
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measures, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
  • Must have a good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and e-mail
  • Must be proficient in Bookmaster Warehouse Management System (will train candidate if candidate is proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and E-mail)
  • Must be able to pass a basic MS Excel test
  • Occasionally required to stand, walk, or sit
