This is a good book for special educators, and a great book for general educators.
— John O'Dell, chair of educational administration and supervision, Lincoln Memorial University

— Marie S. Corrigan, founding director, Sophia Academy
This excellent work of John O'Connor's invites teachers and other school leaders to reflect, grow, and learn from their practice. The application-based case studies at the end of each chapter are particularly insightful and user friendly.
