The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009—better known as the Stimulus Act—leaves no business, no American untouched. Signed into law on February 17, 2009, by President Barack Obama, The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) was established to address the current economic crisis facing the United States.
