“Arthur L. Meyer’s Houston Chef Table inspires eating in Houston, a lone-star-state city known nationally as a major food locale. The cookbook offers dining places and recipes, ranging from high-end restaurants to simple venues throughout the area. The reason for such culinary success? Talented chefs turn to local ingredients, yielding delectable food on the plate. Art Meyer’s writing and recipes reflect the clarity that readers and home-cooks crave.”
