This excellent work is short, easy to comprehend and an invaluable read that gives an administrator a concise summary of change research. Sorenson provides strategies for authentic change in schools. It would be helpful to both aspiring and veteran administrators. The strategies are excellent. I’d suggest copying on a Post-it note, tacking on office bulletin boards or sharing at a principal meeting. Responding to Resisters could also be highly engaging for a book study, given the real-life scenarios the author provides.
