"Superintendent Case Studies" is an excellent read. Hozien's approach to each case is concise, not more than five pages each. This allows for the time strapped superintendent who wants to stay on top of current topics to utilize what little time she has or for the executive that wants to engage in practical discussions with her team on the consequences of decisions that may have unintended consequences.
