About the Authors
After the excitement of college application season, it won’t be long before students will be coming to us and asking about transferring. This book will come in extremely handy. I used it this summer with a student who hoped to transfer from his community college to a major university. The authors discuss reasons for transfers, including roommate issues, and finances and include a pros and cons checklist with a clever financial tic tac toe review. There is also a section for community college and gap year advice along with quotes from our IECA colleagues.
