For many centuries the still, small voice of Jewish women would delicately penetrate the hearts of generations inclined to listen. This voice, forever mindful of the need for concealment, has given love, life, inspiration, and encouragement to Hashem's lonely children. In our times, more than ever, we desperately need to hear 'A Woman's Voice' to understand her unique message, to look at the Torah and ourselves through her eyes. A Woman's Voice takes us on a unique journey through Tenach so that we may once again hear the voice of those great women of our past, understand their message for the present, and be filled with a hope for the future. Read and be inspired!
— Rabbi Moshe Weinberger, Congregation Aish Kodesh of Woodmere, New York
Dr. Blema Feinstein and Dr. Marcella Bakur Weiner have presented to the modern reader access to what, for many of us, is a treasure beyond price; role models for our own lives. What an accomplishment! These true-to-life stories of women who have applied these insights to their own lives open new vistas for those of us whose gap has never been bridged.
