Terence Hicks is a tenured associate professor of research in the Department of Educational Leadership at Fayetteville State University. Abul Pitre is the former Carter G. Woodson Professor of Education at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. Currently, he is the Chairperson of Leadership Studies at North Carolina A& T State University.
