Jean-Claude Garcia-Zamor is a professor of public administration at Florida International University. He has previously taught at Howard University, the University of Texas at Austin, and the Brazilian School of Public Administration. He has been teaching and doing research at Leipzig University since 1999 and was officially designated an honorary professor at that university in June 2007.
