Richard A. Barker has taught management and social sciences at graduate and undergraduate levels for nearly thirty years and has more than 15 years of experience in the aerospace industry. He took his Ed.D. in Leadership Studies and Organization Theory from the University of San Diego. He is the author of On the Nature of Leadership also from University Press of America and has published articles in various academic journals including Human Relations, Journal of Leadership Studies, and The Journal of Business Ethics.
