Ron J. Bigalke Jr. (M.Apol., M.T.S., Ph.D.) is the Director of Eternal Ministries. He has taught for Moody Bible Institute and is an Associate Professor of Bible and Theology for Tyndale Theological Seminary.
Extensive discussion of the major covenants and their relation to Israel, and the disconnect between that and the Church is included. It addresses key passages such as Daniel 9 and Acts 3, as well as the rlationship of PD to Cessationism, the Rapture, and the Future Millenium. Without fail, every chapter deals with Hermeneutics and how PD abandons the normative approach for more erudition.... I wish this book could be read and devoured by all who defend the traditional dispensationalism; it would be well worth their time.
— Ken Hornok, Pastor, Midvalley Bible Church, Salt Lake City, UT; Voice
This book answers the PD position from every angle. It is thorough, scholarly but understandable. In my opinion no one can read this volume and come away still an advocate of PD. Anyone confused or simply wanting solid answers, needs this book. It would also be a great text to give away to friends or pastors who are confused.
— Mal Couch, Tyndale Seminary; Conservative Theological Journal
Every chapter ends with a considerable number of endnotes. An index is also included.... Finding a lower price [for the book] is always worth a try, and particularly for pastors this book's content is worth the extra effort.
