Train Like a Pro
The Train Like a Pro series provides athletes, coaches, and trainers with training guides based on scientifically-backed information that is both easy to follow and easy to implement. Each book covers the equipment required for the sport, basic training physiology, specific training techniques, building a training plan, competition, nutrition, and special considerations. These books are especially beneficial for athletes who have to train around full-time jobs, as each book provides recommendations as to how the athlete’s training can be built around their busy schedule.
