Literature for Youth Series
The Literature for Youth Series offers educators a comprehensive guide to the literature and resources available on a specific subject for youth of all ages, from the earliest elementary school grades through senior high. The resources are arranged in the categories of anthologies, autobiography, biography, drama, fiction, picture books, poetry, reference, songs, and nonprint and electronic resources. Librarians and teachers will find suggested grade ranges listed, and all entries are annotated, and, when possible, include a brief evaluative comment. Each book in the series concludes with an author, subject, and title index. Edward T. Sullivan, adjunct professor at the University of Tennessee and author of The Holocaust in Literature for Youth, is the series editor.
