The Bible in the Age of Capital focuses on the intersection of the biblical studies academy with contemporary capitalist formations and ideology, an area of intense contemporary interest and relevance. The series invites studies of the contours of biblical studies and the formation of scholars in capitalist cultures, and the interplay of biblical studies and political theology.
